About Eyal Ron, pronounced Ayal
You work with me, not a graduate consultant.
I help leadership teams understand technology decisions, hold vendors to account and move complex change through to a working outcome.
Twenty minutes, no charge, no pitch. If it is not a fit, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.

Background
How I got here
- Based in
- Brisbane, Queensland
- Works with
- Leadership teams at 15 to 500 staff
- Seen it from
- Consultant, employee, executive and owner
- Does not sell
- Licences, hardware or support contracts
I have seen technology from the perspectives of consultant, employee, executive and business owner. I have sat on both sides of the table: helping organisations buy and implement technology, and being accountable for the business outcome after the vendor leaves.
That experience is why I start with the work rather than the platform. I translate between leaders, staff, technical teams and vendors without losing sight of the commercial outcome.
Principles
What I believe
- 01
A process should be understood before software is selected.
- 02
AI should solve a measurable workflow problem, not satisfy a trend.
- 03
Good governance creates decisions and momentum, not paperwork.
- 04
A recommendation is only independent when the advisor earns nothing from the vendor.
Scope
What I am not.
I am not a helpdesk, a hardware reseller or an AI evangelist. I do not sell support contracts or licences. I lead technology decisions and delivery, working with your internal team, MSP and specialist providers when they are the right people for the work.
A useful first conversation
Bring me the decision that keeps circling.
We can talk over a call or coffee and decide whether I am the right person to help.
Twenty minutes, no charge, no pitch. If it is not a fit, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.
