What is collected

If you send an enquiry, IT Designer collects the name, organisation, email address, phone number and description of the situation that you choose to provide. If you book a call, the booking provider collects the details needed to schedule it.

How it is used

Enquiry information is used only to respond to you and, if an engagement follows, to perform that engagement. It is not sold, rented or shared for marketing.

How long it is kept

Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are retained only as long as needed to answer them and to maintain ordinary business records. Engagement records are kept as required by the agreed terms and applicable law.

Third parties

This site relies on a small number of service providers for hosting, scheduling, form handling and audience measurement. Those providers process information only to deliver the service.

Visitor numbers are measured with a privacy-preserving analytics service that sets no cookies, builds no profiles and does not track you across other sites. That is why this site shows no cookie banner.

Your choices

You can ask what information is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted where there is no legal or contractual reason to keep it. Use the contact form to make the request.
