AI and automation implementation
Turn AI from an interesting idea into working capability.
Most AI spending goes on tools nobody adopts. I start with one workflow that matters, prove it works with the people who do the job, then expand from evidence.
Twenty minutes, no charge, no pitch. If it is not a fit, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.

You may need this when
The business needs an outcome, not more activity.
AI tools are spreading through the business without a plan
Nobody has set priorities, controls or an adoption path
Staff repeat manual work that software could carry
A promising pilot never made it into everyday use
AI is assessed in context. The right answer is sometimes automation, cleaner data or better use of a system you already own, and I will say so.
What the engagement covers
Practical leadership with visible decisions.
Workflow mapping
Find where the time actually goes and which steps are worth automating.
Opportunity scoring
Rank candidates by value, feasibility, risk and dependency.
Data readiness
Check the data a solution depends on before anyone commits to it.
Solution selection
Choose tools on merit, with no commission riding on the recommendation.
Integration and controls
Connect it to your systems, with human oversight where the risk sits.
Adoption and measurement
Build and test with real users, then measure what actually changed.
The engagement
A clear operating rhythm from decision to adoption.
- 01
Discover
Identify the workflows, bottlenecks and opportunities where AI or automation can create measurable value.
- 02
Design
Choose the right solution, connect it with systems and data, and establish controls and human oversight.
- 03
Deliver
Build and test with real users, support adoption, measure results and improve over time.
How engagements are priced
A commercial shape matched to the work.
AI and automation work is scoped as a project, usually starting with a single workflow so the value is proven before the footprint grows. Scope and fee are confirmed after the initial conversation or the IT & AI Review.
You will know the scope, responsibilities and fee before work starts. There is no software commission or reseller margin built into the recommendation.
A useful first conversation
Name the workflow that wastes the most time.
A 20-minute call will tell you whether AI is the right answer for it, or whether something simpler would do more.
Twenty minutes, no charge, no pitch. If it is not a fit, I will tell you and point you somewhere better.
