Before work starts
You receive a written scope covering the outcome, deliverables, responsibilities, timing, fee and assumptions. Work starts only after those terms are accepted.
During the engagement
I keep decisions, risks and responsibilities visible. Where specialists or vendors are involved, their role and commercial relationship are made clear.
Confidentiality
Business information is used only to perform the engagement and is handled according to the agreed terms and applicable privacy obligations.
Changes
If the scope changes, I explain the impact before additional work begins. There are no hidden reseller margins or commissions.
Formal terms
This page is a plain-language overview. The engagement letter or services agreement for a specific project contains the binding terms.
A useful first conversation
Check the terms before the work.
If anything here needs clarifying for your situation, raise it on the call rather than after a proposal lands.
